Estudo de caso
Desafio
The client needed to move from market expertise to a controlled digital product: authenticated access, admin approval, market updates, mobile distribution, and operational handoff with commercial-grade data controls.
Abordagem técnica
Kalebtec treated the engagement as founder-led product engineering: map the launch constraints, build the authenticated web and admin surfaces, harden the API, package the iOS app, and leave the client with release and operations runbooks.
Decisões de IA e infraestrutura
The architecture used serverless deployment, managed authentication, managed Postgres, strict request controls, and native iOS shell capabilities where they created clear business value: app distribution, biometric app lock, and push notifications.
Resultados
The platform shipped across web, admin, API, and iOS App Store delivery paths with controlled onboarding, production hardening, and client-ready operating documentation.
Impacto no negócio
Bardi Fuels gained a launchable private market-intelligence product rather than a one-off web build: a controlled digital channel for members, market updates, and future product iteration.
Overview
Bardi Fuels provides market intelligence for oil/gas, biodiesel, and biofeedstock professionals. The product is private and invite-only, with controlled member access, launch mechanics, and infrastructure decisions designed around commercial-grade operations.
What We Built
Authenticated Product Surface
Built the web application and admin dashboard for controlled member access, market updates, newsletter workflows, and administrative review.
Serverless API and Data Layer
Implemented a serverless API backed by managed Postgres and managed authentication, with production controls for request validation, rate limiting, CORS, and security headers.
iOS Launch Path
Packaged the product for iOS distribution with a native shell, biometric app lock, push-notification support, TestFlight flow, Fastlane automation, and App Store submission support.
Bardi Fuels is live on the App Store, and the release was shared publicly in the launch announcement.
