What kind of companies are a good fit?
Founders and growing teams with a real product, workflow, or scaling problem — and who want senior engineers to challenge decisions, not just take tickets. We are not a fit for low-cost brochure sites or hourly-rate shopping.
Do you actually build with AI, or is it just a buzzword?
We ship production LLM features, agent tooling, browser automation, and AI-assisted workflows — but only where they measurably change throughput, quality, or cost. No AI for its own sake.
Who will I actually be working with?
The founders directly — Rowin on product engineering and architecture, Mari on the engagement. No account managers, no handoffs to juniors, no disappearing senior person after the sale.
Can you act as our fractional or outsourced CTO?
Yes. We provide technical leadership, product architecture, build-vs-buy calls, roadmap and hiring guidance, and hands-on senior engineering for startups that need a technical partner without a full-time CTO.
How fast can you start, and how do you communicate?
Usually within a couple of weeks. You get direct Slack access, weekly calls, and a reply within 24 hours.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on the problem. We run a fixed-price discovery first, then propose a clear plan and budget. If the first conversation is only about hourly rate before the business problem is clear, we are probably not the right partner.
