All content on the Kalebtec website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, 3D visuals, animations, code, and software, is the property of Kalebtec and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Intellectual property rights for client deliverables will be governed by the specific terms outlined in each project's statement of work or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kalebtec retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Kalebtec acknowledges that in the course of providing consulting services, we may receive confidential information from clients. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms may be established in individual service agreements or non-disclosure agreements.

Payment terms, rates, and schedules for consulting services will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. Kalebtec reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments. Late payments may be subject to reasonable interest charges as specified in the applicable service agreement.
