The relay cannot read it
The link between phone and computer is end-to-end encrypted, so the relay in the middle cannot read it.
Runs on your machine
A host daemon runs on your own Mac or Linux computer and connects your phone to the agents that run there.

It works as an installable app (PWA) and under several accounts.
